Private Tours
To secure your spot, we require a 50% deposit of the total at the time of booking. The remaining balance is settled before the tour: 48 hours before for local tours and 72 hours before for full-day expeditions. We work with small groups, so we recommend booking in advance.

Only for multi-day bookings. The first day's balance must be paid online, while the rest can be settled in cash on your first day (subject to the 48h/72h deadlines).

All payments are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN). If you pay with an international card, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and additional fees.
No, there are no hidden fees on our side. The final price includes everything listed in the activity, as well as dock fees, taxes, and required permits. If paying with an international card, your bank may apply its own charges.
We adhere to a fixed-rate policy to ensure every guest receives the same uncompromised excellence. We do not offer individual or group discounts, as our rates reflect a total investment in small groups, premium gear, and certified expertise. Cancellations made before the 48 or 72-hour deadline (depending on the activity) are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations within this window or no-shows are non-refundable.

You’ll be offered a reschedule or a full refund. Safety always comes first. See full details in our Cancellation by Breathe Out Baja section.
We’ll inform you with enough notice and offer an alternative date, another experience, or a full refund. If you prefer to keep the original schedule, you may choose to cover the remaining spots to guarantee departure. If none of these options work, we can also connect you with a trusted operator who already has a confirmed trip.
