Frequently Asked Questions

All tours require a pre-reservation. Once we check availability (weather, sea conditions, etc.) and give the go-ahead, your booking is finalized when you pay a 50% deposit of the tour cost.

We accept cash as preferred payment, but also bank transfers and credit/debit cards.

We accept both USD and MXN. Prices on the English site are in USD and on the Spanish site in MXN. If you prefer to pay in the other currency, we follow the price published on our website in that currency.
