COURSE SCHEDULE DAY BY DAY
Day 1
Confined water training in a swimming pool, where you’ll become familiar with scuba equipment and practice essential skills in a calm, controlled environment. This session focuses on building underwater comfort, proper breathing, and buoyancy control while mastering basic techniques, helping you gain confidence before moving into open water dives.
Day 2
Two open water dives from the boat in the Cabo Marine Park. During these dives, you’ll apply the skills learned in the pool while experiencing real ocean conditions. Your instructor will be by your side at all times, helping you build confidence, improve buoyancy, and become comfortable diving in an open water environment.
Day 3
Two additional open water dives at beginner-friendly sites, focused on refining your skills and gaining confidence underwater.
