Best Scuba Diving in Cabo San Lucas: Marine Park & The Corridor
Scuba diving in Cabo San Lucas offers two world-class underwater environments within the rich Sea of Cortez ecosystem. The Cabo San Lucas Marine Park is the most iconic diving area, famous for its dramatic granite walls, deep canyons, and the unique Sand Falls at Pelican Rock. Just minutes from the marina, this area is perfect for seeing large schools of tropical fish, moray eels, and sometimes sea lions where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez.
For those seeking calmer waters and vibrant reefs, The Corridor offers a different perspective of Baja’s marine life. This diving area is known for its lush sea-fan gardens, colorful corals, and frequent sightings of white-tip reef sharks, turtles, and eagle rays. During the winter months, the boat ride to the Corridor becomes a whale-watching experience, where you can often hear humpback whale songs while underwater.
Can’t decide where to dive? Experience our Park & Corridor Combo. We offer the convenience of visiting both distinct areas in a single 4-hour trip. Explore the dramatic topography of the Marine Park and the coral reefs of the Corridor in two separate dives, the ultimate way to enjoy the full variety of scuba diving in Cabo San Lucas in one outing.

Long time without diving?
Our refresher session is designed for certified divers who haven’t been diving recently, especially if it’s been over a year since their last dive, and want to regain confidence before getting back in the water. In calm, shallow ocean conditions, we review essential scuba skills such as buoyancy control, equipment setup, mask clearing, regulator recovery, and basic safety procedures. The briefing is adapted to your experience level and the time since your last dive, keeping everything clear and familiar.
After this practice phase, we complete a full ocean dive. Your instructor stays close as you regain comfort and confidence at your own pace. This refresher dive will leave you feeling prepared and ready to fully enjoy your next scuba diving experiences.
